Entry ni panjang sikit tapi saya yakin ianya sangat penting untuk kita tahu..sebab kesannya mungkin tak akan nampak dalam setahun dua..tapi akan nampak dalam jangka masa panjang.
Dan kalau rasa malas nak baca semua just ambik kosmetik/pencuci muka or apa2 produk yang korang guna, tengok bahan dia dan try cari kat sini..(eceh...macam bagusss jer kan)

Tadi saya search pasal bahan-bahan yang ada dalam produk yang kita guna hari-hari. Asalnya saya terdetik nak search pasal 1 sabun pencuci muka ni..(ta perlu la mention sabun apa kan) Nak tengok ingredients dia la kononnya. A carcinogenic contaminant of cosmetic products. Almost 50% of cosmetics containing ethoxylated surfactants were found to contain dioxane. Often used in cosmetics to adjust the pH, and used with many fatty acids to convert acid to salt (stearate), which then becomes the base for a cleanser. TEA causes allergic reactions including eye problems, dryness of hair and skin, and could be toxic if absorbed into the body over a long period of time. These chemicals are already restricted in Europe due to known carcinogenic effects. Dr. Samuel Epstein (Professor of Environmental Health at the University of Illinois) says that repeated skin applications of DEA-based detergents resulted in a major increase in the incidence of liver and kidney cancer. 27) FD&C Colour Pigments
Synthetic colours made from coal tar. Contain heavy metal salts that deposit toxins onto the skin, causing skin sensitivity and irritation. Animal studies have shown almost all of them to be carcinogenic.

28) Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen (causes cancer). Causes allergic, irritant and contact dermatitis, headaches and chronic fatigue. The vapour is extremely irritating to the eyes, nose and throat (mucous membranes). See Nitrosating agents

29) Fragrance
Fragrance Fragrance on a label can indicate the presence of up to four thousand separate ingredients, many toxic or carcinogenic. Symptoms reported to the USA FDA include headaches, dizziness, allergic rashes, skin discoloration, violent coughing and vomiting, and skin irritation. Clinical observation proves fragrances can affect the central nervous system, causing depression, hyperactivity, and irritability.

31. Imidazolidinyl urea

Any chemicals used on sheep will contaminate the lanolin obtained from the wool. The majority of lanolin used in cosmetics is highly contaminated with chlorinated organo pesticides like DDT.

Any mineral oil derivative can be contaminated with cancer causing PAH's (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons). 43. Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) compounds
Potentially carcinogenic petroleum ingredient that can alter and reduce the skin's natural moisture factor. This could increase the appearance of aging and leave you more vulnerable to bacteria. Used in cleansers to dissolve oil and grease. It adjusts the melting point and thickens products. Also used in caustic spray-on oven cleaners. See Ethoxylated surfactants

45. Propylene/Butylene Glycol
Propylene glycol (PG) is a petroleum derivative. It penetrates the skin and can weaken protein and cellular structure. Commonly used to make extracts from herbs. PG is strong enough to remove barnacles from boats! The EPA considers PG so toxic that it requires workers to wear protective gloves, clothing and goggles and to dispose of any PG solutions by burying them in the ground. Because PG penetrates the skin so quickly, the EPA warns against skin contact to prevent consequences such as brain, liver, and kidney abnormalities. But there isn't even a warning label on products such as stick deodorants, where the concentration is greater than in most industrial applications. 46. PVP/VA Copolymer
A petroleum-derived chemical used in hairsprays, wavesets and other cosmetics. It can be considered toxic, since particles may contribute to foreign bodies in the lungs of sensitive persons.

47. Quaternium-7, 15, 31, 60, etc
Toxic, causes skin rashes and allergic reactions. See Nitrosating agents From Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS): SKIN: PROLONGED OR REPEATED EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE SKIN IRRITATION. 48. Rancid Natural Emollients
Natural oils used in cosmetics should be cold pressed. The refined vegetable oils found on supermarket shelves and many health food stores which lack colour, odour and taste are devoid of nutrients, essential fatty acids, vitamins and unsaponifiables - all valuable skin conditioning agents! They also contain poisonous "trans" fatty acids as a result of the refining process. Another important factor to consider with creams made from plant oil is the use-by date. The most beneficial plant oils (like rosehip, borage and evening primrose oils) are polyunsaturated, which means they oxidise and go rancid fairly quickly (about 6 months). Most off-the-shelf cosmetics have a shelf life of three years. Rancid oils are harmful, they form free-radicals, which damage and age your skin.

49. Silicone derived emollients
Silicone emollients are occlusive - that is they coat the skin, trapping anything beneath it, and do not allow the skin to breathe (much like plastic wrap would do.) Recent studies have indicated that prolonged exposure of the skin to sweat, by occlusion, causes skin irritation. Some synthetic emollients are known tumour promoters and accumulate in the liver and lymph nodes. 55. Stearalkonium Chloride
A chemical used in hair conditioners and creams. Causes allergic reactions. Stearalkonium chloride was developed by the fabric industry as a fabric softener, and is a lot cheaper and easier to use in hair conditioning formulas than proteins or herbals, which do help hair health. 56. Talc
Scientific studies have shown that routine application of talcum powder in the genital area is associated with a three-to-fourfold increase in the development of ovarian cancer.

Perghhh..panjang weih. Panat mak kopienpes.. Baca la k..saya rasa cam nak print jer pastu bubuh dalam purse. Nak beli cosmetics jer selak..huhuhu. Tapi rasanya banyak lagi yang takde ni, sebab yang ni dalam cosmetic..dalam produk lain tk tau la pulop. Yang saya dah lama tau SLS dalam syampoo kita (dan dalam produk mandian anak2 kita) tu adalah bahan yang digunakan untuk buat sabun pencuci lantai. Fungsinya dalam syampoo n sabun kita semata-mata untuk banyakkan buih jer.. Yang paling tak best diorang bubuh bahan tu dalam produk untuk kita..haishhh..jahat sungguh.. Kita yang tak tau ni beli jer la, pastu lumur kat kepala dan badan anak kita kan..huhuhu

Tapi memang seram kan tengok kesan2 pengambilan benda tu semua..ish, ada yang sampai efek ovari tu. Nauzubillah..

Tak Pakai Make Up

Since dah nak masuk 31 ni..mak dah malas nak mekap2 gi ofis.

Pertamanya sebab tengah try produk baru. Tak blh campur guna produk lain.

So muka adalah pucat setiap hari..sampai ada member ofia yang tanya.."Tak sihat ke?.." hehe.

Bukan tak sihat cuma tak pakai mekap jer..diorg dah biasa tengok kita bermekap so bila tak pakai nampak lain la kan. Walhal sebelum ni bkn bermekap sangat pun just pakai eye liner ngan lipstik jer. Huhuhu..

Produk baru yang saya try ni halal..boleh ambik air sembahyang terus tanpa perlu basuh sebab diperbuat dari tumbuhan2 herba. Baru lagi try seminggu..so takde la nampak kesan. Lagipun beli 4 item jer..tak mampu nak beli satu set (10 item). Satu set RM7++. Mahal tuuuu...

Biar la nampak pucat..lama2 nanti biasa la tu ;D

Tempat Wajib Singgah..

Saya kan..kalau g shopping complex yang ada Guardian or Watson tak sah kalau tak singgah. Lebih2 lagi kalau jalan sorang2..

Dan kalau dah masuk tu mesti ada jer benda yang dibeli..hihi. Tak kira la apa pun memang ada jer yang tersangkut kat tangan ni.

Hari ni terbeli mask,coklat n biskut.. Buat munching kat ofis (saya perasan yang macam dah jadi habit buat kerja waktu petang sambil mengunyah..) *bad habit nih*

Eh..mask tu xde la nak dimakan..tu buat tempek kat muka malam2..hehe

Terimas to Milkadeal (MAD)..berbaloi bayar RM48 tapi dapat treatment best. Facial, body slimming, foot soak & full body massage..
Semalam dekat2 lunch hour kuar (dengan izin bos) gi sini. Dengan tak tau tempatnya, berpeluh jugak la ketiak ;p. Nasib baik anroid ni banyak membantu..kalau tak entah kul berapa baru sampai. Memang la seksyen 14 ngan 7 ni dekat tapi kalau tak pernah datang drive sendiri memang la kau akan membebel-bebel pada diri sendiri.




Facial dia guna produk Dermalogica tau..trial set yang kecik2 tu rasanya seratus lebih.


Ni tempat massage..relax jer. Boleh request nak urutan lemah gamalai atau yang sederhana atau yang kuat. Baik pilih yang sederhana jer..takut kalau request yang kuat kang tak boleh nak bergerak lak pas urut tu..;)




Semua gambar di atas tu adalah ehsan pakcik google. Yang last dan yang ni jer gambar sendiri..ehehe
Tak khaaaan la tengah buat treatment pun nak amik gambar kan..melainkan hire personal photographer snap setiap pergerakan tanpa missed termasuk la scene uolls nak tukar panty.. ;P

Patah sudah..

Pagi tadi tak sempat bersiap..calit bedak sikit2 pastu sarung tudung terus g ofis.

Bila nk lunch date ngan hubby baru nak pakai lipstik..terperanjat tengok lipstik sudah jadi sedemikian rupa..huhuhu. Hancur hati ku..lipstik tu baru jer beli bulan lepas..

Nak marah pun tak guna..benda dah jadik.. Sabaaaarrrr je la bila ada anak dara yang sudah pandai melaram ni :')

Garnier..

Sejak semalam asek la cakap pasal produk kechantekhan..ari ni nak sok sek pasal face powder pulak. Dulu masa fasha sendat jadi model untuk garnier ni saya memang tak minat langsung..tapi since lisa surihani ganti ni rasa cam..eh eh..boleh try ni. Bajet2 boleh shantek cam dia..wakakaka..(dalam mimpi pun belum tentu lagi wehh..)

Lunch hour tadi, member ajak g Watson..entah apa mimpi dia nak shopping aishedo & lipstik :) So sambil2 sambil temankan tu saya pun riki-riki gak bedak muka since bedak saya dah nazak sangat. Beli bedak murah-murah jer..untuk pakai gi opis. Rugi kalau pakai M.A.C sebab nanti nak solat kena cuci muka ;D So pakai jer la yang murah.. klu nk gi jalan2 ngan chik abe baru boleh melaram dengan bedak mahal..uhukk.

Murahhhh..lepas discount rm11.60 jek

Ada 3 tone..saya ambik no 1 - (Ivory)..ni yang paling putih. (Supaya nampak suci..bukankah putih itu suci)

Hahh..pasni korang jangan jeles muka mak cantik cam Lisa Surihani.

OLAY!!

Sebelum ni..(masa bujang) saya memang pengguna olay total effect..sebab tak mampu nak beli produk yang mahal2 cam SKII tuh (tapi sekarang ni pun still tak mampu..haha) Pastu bila dah kawen, pakai olay jugak tapi on off..

Ari tu blogwalking..masuk blog ceera, dia ada wat entry pasal produk baru Olay..Since kulit muka saya agak merisaukan, so saya pun try la beli. Mula2 beli Olay Regenerist..beli kat Guardian jer. Dalam 1 kotak tu ada Cream, Serum & Cleanser.. Harap2 rajin la pakai kan, jangan beli pastu jadi gajah putih..;D



Tak lama pastu saya beli Olay White Radiance pulak..haha. Satu tak habis lagi dah gatal2 beli yang lain, kata nak kulit cantik kan..harus la tergedik-gedik mencuba. Pasni ada hati nak beli Olay White Radiance CelLucent Essence pulok..ahakss ;p

Bukan tergedik sebab apa..cuba la korang tengok kulit muka mak ni..

Kalau tacap sikit2 boleh la kaver cela tu kan..tapi bila kat umah tak pakai apa2...........

Hahh ambik...meriah dengan bintik2 hitam kan. Kat umah tak pakai bedak2 segala tapi tetap nak nampak shantek di mata suami (nak muntah..dipersilakan ;p) so sebab tu la saya nak try Olay White Radiance ni, dengan penuh harapan agar dapat hilangkan terus bintik2 huduh tu.

Mari kita tunggu dan lihat hasilnya nanti..fuhh..fuhhh..harap2 berkesan!!

Jalan-jalan lunch hour..

Hehehe..tk gi mana pun. Hari ni jumaat kan, so rehat panjang maka kena la panjangkan langkah jugak (harus kaaa??)


Plan ngan kawan2 g makan Pizza Hut..makan kt Maju Junction jer..g bertiga ngan kak mai & lin. Order King fish Pizza, Bolognise (beef), & Choc Volcano..burpp. Alhamdulillah..kenyang sampai tk larat nak bangun.. Sambil2 makan sembang macam2 hal pastu entah cemana boleh terkeluar bab produk Simplysiti..


Si Lin ni memang kipas kuat mati (die hard fan) siti nurhaliza.. Dah lama nak riki-riki produk kosmetik tu so pas makan kitorg pun gi la terkedek-kedek ke Semua House sebab kt situ jer Watson paling dekat. Gila jauh jugak dari Maju Junction ke Semua House untuk orang yang mengusung perut cam mak ni. Mau patah pinggang tapi disebabkan mak pun teringin gak nk tengok so lupakan seketika bab penat ni :p..


Sampai watson tengok seksyen yg jual product cik siti tu dh hampir clear..banyak yg dah habis. Mak berkenan gila ngan aishedo dia yg ada 4 kaler dlm satu tu. Tapi kaler yang mak suka tu out of stock..yang ada kaler hijau & biru jer. So saja la try2 tester yang ada...ermmm. Not bad!!! Cuma boleh tahan jugak la harga dia, klu tk silap paling murah RM29.90 (lip gloss...klu tak silap)


Disebabkan byk stok yang dah habis so saya and kawan2 tak jadi la membeli..beli benda lain la pulak. Saya beli barang2 cam kt bawah ni..beli yang memang akan pakai sebab selalunya klu beli pondesyen or yang leceh2 ni mmg jarang nak pakai. Sayang jer beli mahal2 kang..

1. Vaseline - Total Moisture Lotion..stok yang ada kt ofis ni cuma body shop lotion. Since peknen ni jd tk suka bau tu sbb cam kuat jer.

2. Maybelline The Magnum Volum Express - Stok yang ada dah nak abis..(brand avon sahaja :p)
3. Mandom Petroleum Jelly - Since mengandung ni bibir asek kering, lebih2 lagi pas demam ari tu. Mengelupas sampai kdg2 berdarah..

4. In2iT eye shadow - Kaler purple & pink :)

5. Gunting kecil - Yang ni untuk kegunaan Mr Suami :)

Ok, idea tkde nih. Sekian la entry yang agak so-so untuk hari ni. :)

Penampilan perlu selari dgn...

Dengan apa??? saya pun tak reti nak sambung..

Saja buat entry ni pas didatangi 2 orang perempuan (ala-ala pakar kecantikan la kononnya)..dari Ree's S*in semalam (@ office) Masa tu saya nak kuar gi toilet, ada 2 orang ladies tgh bercakap2 dgn our receptionist. Then adik receptionist rujuk 2 orang tadi tu jumpa saya (since saya shj org admin yang ada masa tu)

Mula-mula diorang panggil saya "cik"..pastu saya betulkan.."Errkk..puan, ni nk masuk 3 anak dah ni".. Pastu diorg kata "owh..ye ker? macam orang bujang lagi,tak nampak cam dah ada anak, ni mesti rajin gi spa ni"..(errmmm..biasa la, mula nak mengayat)

Then start la diorang pum pang..pum pang.. cerita pasal produk diorang. Memang saya biasa dengar dengan produk or brand tu (mmg produk mahal pon). Kisahnya kena register, bayar dalam RM29.90 and dapat FREE facial yang bernilai RM250, Massage RM80 dan entah apa lagi 1 service tu worth RM60. It's all free bila kita datang and bg nombor pendaftaran kita tu..oppsss free utk 1st visit sahaja ok..kalau nak p untuk kali ke 2 or 3 or 4 dapat 50% discount. (Macam menarik kan???). Promosi ni sempena anniversary diorang yang entah kali ke berapa..and terhad untuk 50 orang shj.

Tapiiiii..jurucakap tu sangat la tidak meyakinkan saya sebab kulit muka saya ni rasanya 10 kali lebih baik dari dia..(kihkih..bukan niat nak mengutuk). Bagi saya kalau kita ni nak jual produk kecantikan kita kena make sure kulit kita tu cantik so senang sikit nak pengaruh orang lain beli kan. Lepas 20 minit dia mengayat saya pun cakap saya tak berminat,and dia cakap "takpe la mungkin u nak fikir dulu,nanti petang kalau ada lagi saya naik tapi kalau saya tak naik tu maknanya dh habis la yer"..(ek elehh..cam saya banyak masa sgt nak tunggu dia)

Pas diorang dah blah..ada sorang staff lelaki tanya (pangkat bapa dah).."dia jual apa tu? aku tengok muka dia pun hancur".. Muakakakakaka..saya tak sempat nak jawab dah tergelak besar. Hah,tengok tu..bukan saya sorang jer yang concern taww. Orang lelaki pun tahu menilai..

Ok..ok..cukup la sesi mencari dosa ari ni ;p

Kepada kawan-kawanku yang menggemari lipstik, aku ada jumpa 1 lipstik yg tak rugi dibeli..(tk tau la lipstik ni baru kuar atau dah lama tp aku yang tk updated)..murah tapi aku suka sbb moisturised.. MAYBELLINE WATERSHINE 3D COLLAGEN. Lipstik ni ada banyak pilihan kaler yang kalau kawan2 tengok mesti rasa nak beli semua..

Aku da beli 1, utk trial dan memang puas ati..next time kalau kuar ingat nk beli kaler lain pulak.

Harga, 28.90 MYR jer..murah tk macam lipstik Benefit yang hampeh tu. (Nyesal jer aku beli sbb tak la sebest mana..harga blh tahan mahal,68.00 MYR kalau tak silap) Owh ya..kalau ada sesapa yang suka produk Benefit, aku nk let go barang aku ni sebab rasanya tk sesuai ngan aku..daripada dia duduk jer dlm drawer baik aku jual kpd sesiapa yg nak..(kalau ada yg nak :p)
